Warranty coverage is product- and offer-specific. The written quotation or order acknowledgment identifies any applicable manufacturer, supplier or Genuine Parts USA warranty and its stated duration or limitations.
No blanket catalog warranty

Submitting a claim
Contact us with the order number, product reference and serial number where applicable, a description of the issue, installation and operating context, photographs and available test evidence. Keep the item and packaging until review instructions are provided.
Common exclusions
