Returns and Refunds Policy

Industrial items are sourced against specific technical and commercial requirements. Returns therefore require written review and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before anything is shipped back.
Requesting an RMA
Contact us with the order number, item reference, quantity, reason for return, photographs and any supporting test or shipment information. Do not return goods until written instructions and the return address are provided.
Eligibility
Eligibility depends on the written quotation, product condition, supplier terms and the reason for return. Special-order, configured, obsolete, used, opened electrical or otherwise non-cancellable items may be final sale when this is stated in the offer. Approved discretionary returns may be subject to freight, inspection or restocking charges disclosed during RMA review.
Incorrect, damaged or nonconforming deliveries
If the delivered item does not match the written order or arrives damaged, preserve the item and packaging and notify us promptly. We will review the evidence and provide the applicable remedy or claim instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused and do not create an automatic refund.
