Catalog and RFQ information

Catalog pages support product identification and RFQ submission. A listing is not an offer to sell and does not guarantee availability, price, condition, manufacturer authorization, origin, lead time or suitability. These details are offer-specific and must be confirmed in writing.

Buyer responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate references, quantities, destination details and application requirements, and for confirming that the quoted item is suitable, compatible, safe and lawful for the intended use. Genuine Parts USA does not provide engineering approval unless expressly agreed in writing.

Independent sourcing and intellectual property

Genuine Parts USA is an independent sourcing business. Manufacturer names, product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification. No manufacturer affiliation or authorization is implied unless stated in writing for a specific offer.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security, submit unlawful material, misuse another party's rights or use automated extraction in a manner that burdens the service or republishes its database without permission.

Availability and liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Genuine Parts USA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of the website. Transaction-specific warranty and liability terms, if any, are stated in the written quotation or order documents. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
