Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping is arranged according to the written quotation or order acknowledgment. The confirmed document should identify the destination, transport method or allowance, and any applicable delivery term.
Lead time and delivery estimates
Quoted lead times and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Supplier availability, export review, carrier schedules, customs, weather and other events outside reasonable control may affect timing. We communicate material changes when known.
Freight, duties and import requirements
Freight charges, insurance, taxes, customs duties, brokerage and import formalities are allocated as stated in the quotation. The buyer is responsible for permits, end-use information and import requirements assigned to the buyer by the confirmed transaction terms.
Delivery inspection
Inspect packages promptly on arrival. Note visible carrier damage on the delivery record, keep packaging and contact us with photographs and shipment details as soon as practical. Carrier and supplier claim deadlines may apply.
